Description
NGC authenticated and graded MS 65 BN. Lustrous olive and bluish steel with mint red in some fields and protected areas, more so on the reverse. There is a low spot in the obverse field behind the portrait, another above it near star 7, with one thin mark under NT in CENT that serves to identify. Upright 5.
