Description
PCGS authenticated and graded MS 65+ BN. Lustrous light steel brown and olive with mellowed mint red in the protected areas on the obverse. There is a shallow planchet flake on the rim at star 3, as struck. EDS, die state a, with a fine diagonal line through star 6 to the top of the head. CAC certified.
