Description
NGC authenticated and graded MS 64 BN. Attractive golden brown with hints of faded mint color in some protected areas, mostly on the reverse. There is a steel spot beneath the chin, and a small nick in the right obverse field, the only marks of note. Frosty cartwheel luster covers the surfaces. Grellman die state c, well struck. Small Date.
