Description
NGC authenticated and graded AU Details. Light brown with deeper olive in some protected areas. Struck 30% off center with the bottom right obverse including the date and upper right reverse not making the planchet. There are some very light pin scratches in the unstruck areas that are apparently enough from NGC to consider it “Graffiti”. Smooth, glossy surfaces with sharp details for those that made the planchet.
