Description
PCGS authenticated and graded VF 25. Mostly steel with puffs of light brown. Various minor abrasions on either side, the most notable marks including a small nick under the hair braid and a couple tiny rim bruises over the A in STATES and the final A in AMERICA. There are die rim breaks seen between the final A in AMERICA and the fraction, and the over date is obvious.
