Description
PCGS authenticated and graded XF Details. Olive and steel patina with light roughness along the glossy surfaces. There is a shallow scrape atop the portrait, a light scratch on the bust tip, and a couple more scratches on the reverse from N in ONE to E in CENT and above the second T in STATES. Double struck, the second strike 5% Off center, with many of the dentils and first date remaining visible along the lower obverse and upper reverse.
