Description
NGC authenticated and graded VF 30. Light brown patina. There is a planchet void on the obverse portrait, another atop the reverse, as well as lighter flaws and striations scattered across both sides. There is also a bit of dark crud around IB in ETLIB. Struck slightly off center with the tips of TORI and most of the date not making the strike, otherwise they remain readable.
