Description
NGC authenticated and graded VF 20. Nice golden brown, struck slightly off center, with some weakness and the date not making the flan. There are minor planchet flaws on either side, otherwise smooth. A scarce variety that was missing from several notable collections, including Norweb, martin, Oeschner, Newman, and Garett. 142.1 grains. Listed on page 66 of the 2021 Guide Book.
