Description
PCGS authenticated and graded MS 62 BN. Frosty light olive and tan with hints of very faded mint color in some of the protected areas. The notable marks are a tiny scratch at the dentil tips over star 7, a thin diagonal nick in the field before the nose, and traces of an old fingerprint at stars 9-11. MDS with fine radial flowlines in the fields. Small, very shallow low spots (from debris on the dies) can be found in a few places including near the dentil tips at the bottom of the obverse and at the brow lock. Tied for CC#4 in the Grellman census. A relatively common die variety that is difficult to find in mint state.
