Description
Glossy medium chocolate brown with a couple small puffs of slightly darker olive brown toning on the obverse. Smooth and attractive. The only significant mark is a small punch mark at the left top of the A in STATES. E-MDS, Manley state 3.0. A fine crack passes through the top of much of the legend on the reverse.
