Description
NGC authenticated and graded XF 45. Attractive light brown with deeper steel in some protected areas. The only mark is an old hairline scratch from F in OF over to above AM in AMERICA. Manley Die State 3.0 with the large bulge left of the date, heavy die clash marks around the portrait and the upper wreath extending towards OF, and several reverse die breaks. Smooth, glossy surfaces. Small Edge Letters.
