Description
Slightly glossy light to medium chocolate brown, there is a rim bruise off the end of the plow handles. The eye appeal is quite nice in spite of microscopic roughness (mostly fine striations) that cover the planchet. Late die state with an obvious wave across the center of the obverse from the O in NOVA to the final A in CAESAREA that weakens the lower half of the horse. The date and legends are complete and clear. A decent example of this tough variety. Weight 137.6 grains.
