Description
Slightly glossy light to medium olive with lighter brown toning on the devices. The surfaces look smooth but a glass reveals extremely fine roughness in the fields and protected areas and some very faint scratches well hidden in the toning. The only defects visible to the unaided eye are a pair of small planchet flakes near the rim under the plow handles and a small fissure in the center of the shield (all as struck). LDS with a cud break from the rim through the 1 in the date to the plow and obvious failures before the chest of the horse. The date and legends are easily readable. Weight 154.0 grains.
