Description
PCGS authenticated and graded AU Details. Mostly original bright silver with hints of deeper olive mottled on either side. There are a few spots of friction on the obverse through the lower bust and in the fields, only light traces of rub on some high points. One of the sharpest Baltimore shillings known. Minted for Sir Lord Baltimore Cecil Calvert to circulate in his colony of Maryland in the early 1660s.
