Exceptional for a cent of this date. Full consistent strike with a full sharp LIBERTY and a complete fully struck date with both knobs of the nines sharp. The reverse is also full and sharp. Light brown color with smooth surfaces. Fully Very Fine 20+ by EAC standards and one of the nicest 1799s I have handled.
