Frosty bluish steel brown with satiny, lustrous surfaces and traces
of faded mint red on both sides. There is a very faint vertical
hairline in the field under the chin and shallow planchet chips on
the rim over STAT, as struck. LDS, die state c. The obverse
fields are wavy, including a vertical wave in the field behind the
portrait. Removed from a PCGS slab graded MS64BN (PCGS label
