Large Date . Lustrous mint red mellowing to bluish steel brown on the devices, at least two-thirds of the red remaining. The notable marks area small spot of chocolate brown toning on the neck and an extremely faint scuff on the chin. The reverse is virtually flawless. MDS, die state b early. The top of the stray 1 is still visible in the dentils under the 18. A very nice cent, close to MS64. |
