1794 S-41 R3 NGC graded VF25. Mostly glossy olive brown and dark chocolate. The only notable defects are a rim nick before the forehead and a dull one left of the lowest curl. The surfaces are smooth and the eye appeal is quite nice. MDS, Breen state V. The radial die cracks through D in UNITED and the A in STATES extend to and through the wreath, and strong swelling affects most of ON and CEN. Our grade is F12+.
